Customer Service Representative I
Job Title Customer Service Representative I
1. Provides support to the sales positions by setting up new customer accounts, Inputting discounts (as set by sales force) to specific customer accounts, Correcting invoices – pricing errors, and setting up leases on customer accounts (equipment purchase). 2. Provide payroll with hours worked for staff on timesheets for branch and company operated sites. 3. Provide customers with reminders concerning expiring tax numbers to assure customers are not wrongly charged retail tax. 4. Provide administrative support for Regional Manager and Operations Manager as needed. 5. Provide customer service by acting as backup for switchboard. 6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
