Position Overview

Diligence Security Group (DSG) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Operations Supervisor to support field operations across multiple client sites in the Greater Bay Area. This is a leadership role for a seasoned security professional capable of managing personnel in dynamic environments and ensuring all aspects of field operations run efficiently, professionally, and in compliance with both internal standards and BSIS requirements.

As a key extension of DSG?s Security Operations Manager, this individual will lead, coach, and oversee Field Supervisors and Security Officers in the field, respond to incidents, enforce protocols, support new hire onboarding, and maintain service quality for client-facing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Field Supervision & Leadership

• Lead and support Field Supervisors and Officers across active sites
• Conduct scheduled and surprise inspections to ensure post compliance, punctuality, and professional presentation
• Coach staff on site procedures, de-escalation, and client service
• Support onboarding and field training of new officers
• Assist with corrective actions, performance reviews, and field-based discipline

Scheduling & Operational Coordination

• Fill open shifts, adjust schedules in real time, and ensure all sites are properly staffed
• Coordinate deployments for equipment, uniforms, and site materials
• Collaborate with Scheduling and Operations for event coverage, transitions, and post updates

Incident Response & Compliance Oversight

• Respond to critical incidents including medical, safety, and client escalations
• Document field issues and submit detailed reports to executive leadership
• Monitor license/certification compliance (Guard Card, Firearm, Baton, CPR, etc.)
• Conduct gear checks and readiness evaluations in the field

Reporting & Communication

• Complete daily field logs, inspection forms, and incident summaries
• Maintain documentation on post compliance and officer performance
• Serve as the liaison between clients, field teams, and management
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to uphold DSG?s professional standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security leadership (Field Supervisor, Site Lead, or higher)
• Prior supervisory experience over security officers in a multi-site setting
• Valid California Driver?s License and reliable transportation
• Current California BSIS Guard Card and Firearm Permit
• CPR / First Aid Certification
• Baton Permit, OC/Pepper Spray, and Taser certifications
• Own vest and duty firearm
• Strong written/verbal communication and time management skills
• Technological proficiency with scheduling and communication tools (e.g., Deputy, Paychex, OfficerMetrics)

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate?s degree or higher in Criminal Justice or related field
• Military or law enforcement background
• Experience with client-facing operations and high-risk environments
• Knowledge of BSIS regulatory compliance and California patrol operations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 100 lbs
• Navigate stairs, ladders, and confined spaces
• Work in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, outdoor, noise)
• Operate vehicles and security equipment safely
