Job Description:
Diligence Security Group is hiring experienced Armed Mobile Patrol Officers to support our clients across the Greater Bay Area. This role requires strong awareness, professionalism, and the ability to respond quickly to security incidents. As a mobile patrol officer, you will conduct vehicle patrols, ensure site safety, and provide outstanding service to clients and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mobile patrols across multiple client properties
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and dispatch requests in real timeInspect perimeters, entrances, exits, and facilities for security compliance
• Complete incident reports, vehicle logs, and documentation accurately
• Report safety hazards and suspicious activity to supervisors and dispatch
• Maintain strong professional presence when interacting with the public
• Operate within BSIS compliance and company safety protocol
• Comfortable using technology (body cameras, reporting apps, GPS tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Required Qualifications:

• Valid BSIS Guard Card
• Valid BSIS Firearm Permit
• Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Open availability including weekends and holidays
• 1–2 years of armed security or law enforcement experience
• Must own firearm and vest

Education and Background:

• High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• Associate’s degree or higher in Criminal Justice or a related field (PREFERRED)
• Prior military or law enforcement service (PREFERRED)

Preferred Certifications:

Baton, Pepper Spray, and Taser Certifications

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
Willingness to travel and work in outdoor conditions
