What You'll Be Doing:
As a Master Automotive Glass Technician & Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution while delivering top-quality service. Your responsibilities will include:
Auto Glass Expertise:
- Master the art of installing and repairing auto, truck, and bus glass—everything from windshields to windows and mirrors.
- Use cutting-edge tools and the Autel recalibration system to perform precise ADAS calibrations.
- Be a customer service champion by providing clear communication and answering any customer questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized mobile work environment.
Operations Management:
- Routing & Scheduling: Optimize technician schedules and routes for maximum efficiency.
- Customer Service Calls: Handle escalated customer inquiries, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Warranty Escalation Contact: Serve as the primary contact for warranty claims and issue resolution.
- End-of-Day Invoice Closing: Ensure all invoices are accurately reviewed and finalized daily.
- Weekly Van Checks: Conduct routine inspections to maintain vehicle safety, inventory, and readiness.
- Setting & Maintaining SOPs: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Team Support & Oversight: Provide guidance, training, and real-time assistance to technicians.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Keep materials stocked, ordered, and properly distributed.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align operations with business goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in auto glass installation and repair. You know your stuff!
- ADAS Calibration certification (Autel experience preferred).
- Leadership & operations experience preferred—if you've managed teams, schedules, or customer service processes, even better!
- Attention to detail, a passion for excellence, and a go-getter attitude—we’re looking for high achievers!
- Fantastic communication skills and a love for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
