Position Summary

As a General Laborer, you will perform essential production, packaging, and material handling tasks. Your responsibilities may include assembly, filling, labeling, packaging, shipping, and keeping the workspace clean and organized. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and efficiency matter.

Ideal candidates have experience in the following types of work:

• Military roles involving logistics, supply chain, equipment maintenance, or technical operations
• Warehouse operations, including inventory management, material handling, and shipping/receiving
• Mechanical or technical work requiring precision, organization, and adherence to strict procedures
• Field operations where teamwork, efficiency, and following standardized processes were essential
• Production/assembly line work (manual and machine-assisted)
• Chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics manufacturing
• High-volume food production (for example, centralized kitchens, high-volume catering, or baking)
• Beverage bottling, breweries, distilleries, etc.

Essential Functions

• Follow step-by-step procedures to complete production tasks accurately and efficiently
• Fill, label, and package products according to specifications
• Move, store, and organize materials in an efficient and systematic way
• Perform precise, hands-on work, such as applying labels, assembling products, and maintaining a clean workspace
• Maintain handwritten records, such as batch tracking and lot numbers
• Work in shipping/receiving, including preparing shipments and verifying accuracy
• Operate basic tools and warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active role
• Experience following exact specifications and procedures in a fast-paced environment
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail – must be able to work precisely and efficiently
• Strong basic math skills for organizing work efficiently
• Willingness to work in an industrial environment with various materials (liquids, powders, adhesives, etc.) 

Preferred Qualifications

• Military experience with logistics, supply, or mechanical operations
• Prior work in manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment (certification a plus)
