Senior Public Safety Manager

Location: Spokane, WA
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 annually
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Status: Full-Time, Non-exempt

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and evaluate Public Safety Officers and ensure departmental excellence.
• Develop and implement safety policies and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with local and federal law enforcement for safety initiatives and training.
• Oversee budgets, equipment maintenance, and operational plans.
• Respond to security incidents and build positive relationships with merchants, vendors, and patrons.
• Maintain and optimize security systems, including cameras and communication equipment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred. A minimum of 2 years in law enforcement/security and managerial experience is essential.
• Skills & Abilities:

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer Service:

Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and solve problems efficiently.Valid driver’s license, ability to travel out-of-state occasionally, and flexibility with work hours when needed.
