We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing and executing business plans, and building relationships with customers and suppliers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate customer product training.
Educate inside and outside sales on product applications.
Implement targeted marketing strategy.
Develop implementation plans and assist customers with product applications.
Qualify and track leads.
Provide support throughout the state of Wisconsin.
Travel to customer sites.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
Valid driver's license and personal transportation.
1-2 years of experience in business development or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the electrical distribution industry.
Knowledge of electrical control systems.
Technology savvy with knowledge of relevant software applications.
Experience with customer relationship management systems.
Product knowledge and experience conducting training sessions.
