Job Summary

Responsible for the end-to-end enterprise planning application Jedox. Create reporting environments in the Financial system that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Financial and Field Operations by providing visibility to execute strategies.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Jedox-based solutions to meet business requirements

  • Develop & maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into Jedox

  • Design cubes with appropriate dimensions/hierarchies/rules to accommodate the business requirements

  • Create reports and dashboards for users to consume P&Ls, data and analysis in an intuitive manner

  • Build and leverage pre-defined models to facilitate budget and forecast entry and consolidation

  • Test and recommend use of models, features, and modules within Jedox to business users

  • Enable controls to appropriately lock and open data versions for input or viewing

  • Govern user access by providing visibility into only what is required for their function, such as branch, region, and market views. Provision users with read, write, delete capabilities.

  • Lead the user access review for Internal Audit, and other control testing to stay compliant

  • Research stakeholder requirements for new features and functions

  • Provides production support, troubleshooting, user testing, and research as needed to support the business team.

  • Ensure the accuracy and uptime of the environments

  • Coach colleagues on the design, development, and implementation of OLAP best practices

CANDIDATE SUMMARY

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field

  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in the enterprise planning space

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support or system administration, with specific expertise in supporting Jedox or similar financial consolidation and reporting tools

  • Proficiency in Jedox administration, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization

  • Strong knowledge of database concepts, SQL queries, and data integration techniques

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with users at all levels of the organization

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and services to meet customer needs

  • Advanced SQL knowledge preferred

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete simultaneous requests of differing sizes

  • Ability to train both internal and external customers.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms

  • General understanding of Accounting and Financial concepts and terminology

  • Demonstrated desire to learn new concepts and undertake complex challenges

  • Able to demonstrate strong levels of drive, work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgement and a rigorous focus on the details.

  • Acts with the highest standards of integrity at all times and builds enduring and trusting relationships across all key stakeholders.

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field

  • Master's degree preferred

  • 8 years financial, systems or other related experience
