Job Description:

The purpose of this contract is to acquire Contractor services to engineer, furnish, install and support the security accreditation of the required information system to support expanded call center requirements. Additionally, the contractor will staff and train customer service representatives and to fully operate the expanded OFO Call Center to meet the Government's requirements to assist the traveling public with questions related to OFO programs. The OFO Call Center shall support Twenty-Four (24) Hour, Seven (7) Day a week (24x7) operations with designated Federal Holiday down times.
The United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is the unified border agency within the Department of Homeland Security charged with the management, control and protection of the nation’s borders at and between official Ports of Entry (POE). CBP is charged with keeping terrorists and terrorist weapons out of the country while enforcing hundreds of U.S. laws.

Job Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge
  • Prefer experience managing CBP IT or support services projects performed by government site staff. 
  • Experience planning, organizing, directing, controlling and staffing federal government contract projects to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met and customers’ performance expectations are achieved.
  • Successful candidate will have experience serving as the primary point of contact with federal government, especially CBP, customers; staffing government site, preferably bilingual call center/help desk, federal projects; providing expert direction and guidance to subordinates and subcontractors; developing coverage schedules, preferably 24/7; formulating and maintaining work plans, Standard Operation Processes/Procedures (SOP) and work instructions; managing and controlling project funds and preparing/delivering accurate/timely contract deliverables.  Experience implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) systems meeting DHS IT security requirements a significant plus.
Education & Certification
  • Minimum of a BS/BA degree is required
