Havens for Heroes, a Supportive Services for Veteran Families program, is part of a nationwide initiative to end veteran homelessness by providing supportive services to very low-income Veteran families living in or transitioning to permanent housing. We provide eligible Veteran families with outreach, case management, and assistance in obtaining housing and other benefits.  We currently have offices in Oakland and Hayward. “East Bay Community Recovery Project (EBCRP) supports self-sufficiency and wellness of individuals and families by providing comprehensive and integrated services for mental health, substance use and related health conditions while addressing housing and employment.”
