Driver Pay and Paid time off
 

• Starting pay is based on over-the-road experience
• We offer One week Paid vacation after one year with NuWay Logistics, Inc.
• Increase in Per mile rate based on driver performance
• Although we do run over-the-road to 15 states, our drivers still get home monthly

 
Bonus
 

• Performance (paid annually)
• Safety (Paid per clean examination report)
• Driver Referral (receive as many times as you refer a qualified driver)
• Fuel Savings Bonus (Monthly)

 
 
We structure our bonus programs with multiple levels so employees always have higher levels to strive for.  Depending on your seniority, you can earn approximately another months pay in bonus checks.
