The Temporary Receptionist will provide general support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. This individual must provide a positive first impression of the company to all visitors, vendors, and government officials. 







Duties include, but are not limited to:




Greet and direct all visitors, vendors, job candidates, and government officials 

Act as a point of contact in emergency situations 

Operate a multi-line console, directing incoming calls to the appropriate party 

Assist with mail distribution 

Manage upper management voicemail and calendaring 

Copying, filing, organizing 

Help other administrative staff as necessary 

Data entry 



Ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:




Prior experience as a receptionist in a professional organization is REQUIRED. 

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality 

Be reliable, detail-oriented and organized 

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Outlook experience is a plus 

Ability to prioritize and multi-task 

Excellent oral and written communication skills 

Ability to think critically and make good judgments 

Proven success in a fast-paced, team oriented environment 

Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and provide good customer service 

An ability to be productive and successful in an intense work environment
