ESO Technical Process Expert I
Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for providing high volume technical customer service support with BNYMellon internet applications, along with various operating systems (Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista). Responsibilities will include telephone, fax, and e-mail contact with customers to provide quick and efficient solutions for customers who subscribe to the ESO/Cash Management Services (iTelecash, Cash Register Plus, TreasuryEdge, ITMS remote check capture, Enterprise Private Label, and Data Exchange). Prior LAN, PC communication, and browser troubleshooting experience is mandatory. Fundamental knowledge of databases would be a plus.

The successful candidate must have superior analytical, interpersonal, telephone behavior, and multitasking skills. Attention to detail, self-motivation, dependability, timely follow-up to problem/resolutions and the ability to work effectively under pressure are critical characteristic. The candidate should demonstrate willingness to take on increasing levels of responsibility for work described above. Implement new process improvements that impact the quality of products, services and processes. A college degree in a business related field or commensurate work experience is required.
Candidates able to speak & write in BOTH English and Spanish are preferred.

Hours:  Monday through Friday - training hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 p.m for the first few months.  
Permanent shift if the person is Spanish speaking would be 9:00 to 5:30
If not, shift will probably be 11:30 am - 8 pm
