Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business

Given that most of us invest a significant portion of our lives in the workplace, we are aware of the importance of choosing the right employer. Similarly, the most important asset of any company is its people; so it is incumbent on the employer to hire the very best candidates.

At TAPE we put both of these principles to work in our recruiting, hiring, and employment practices. First, we treat recruitment as a permanent part of our operations, meaning TAPE is always on the search for the very best candidates.

Next, TAPE invests significant resources in our hiring and employment practices. We want to do more than simply attract the best and brightest – we want to keep them. To do that, we ensure that a progressive career track is available to each and every employee, that performance reviews are consistently performed, and perhaps most important, that every voice is heard. At TAPE, your chances to exercise your intelligence, ambition, and creativity will abound.
