~~Inside Sales Assistant:
The person in this role will report directly to Todd Toole and will work with different departments.  The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills and work towards selling products and services that we offer.  He/she shall also be backup for our Dispatcher and Support desk.

Responsibilities:
Receive incoming sales calls and record messages on what the customer needs
Help with estimating by reviewing mechanical plans and color coding counts
Working with service and construction departments on part pricing
Help to generate proposals
Follow up with customer in a timely manner
Order entry
Tracking material received and status of material ordered for jobs
Organize and track material in warehouse

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Strong data entry skills and excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good prioritization, organization, verbal and written communication skills
Good editing and proof reading skills
Good retention ability
Ability to communicate and develop a rapport with customers
