Skilled, experienced building maintenance person needed for commercial office building located in the Washington, D.C. CBD area. Candidate should have HVAC experience, as well as knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems. Candidate will perform preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC system and manage building automation system. Candidate will work with building staff and will be responsible to perform miscellaneous maintenance tasks throughout the building
