JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the on-site Medicaid subject matter expert for CNSI with responsibility to participate as a senior member of the project team in all appropriate scheduled and ad hoc meetings Manage solution analysis and modeling processes and activities, including facilitating sessions and developing and maintaining team processes to support the sessions Lead and manage review and analysis of complex State Medicaid business problems and work with technology team to develop resolutions Lead and manage analysis of as-is and to-be business process flows and prepare documentation of system and business process gaps and work with cross functional team to develop resolutions for these gaps Review and modify project documentation to comply with applicable documentation standards; Documentation includes: Demonstration and gap solution presentations Gap traceability reports and matrices Solution analysis and modeling session calendars Solution design specification leveraging use cases, workflow diagrams, and gap analysis Test case Coordinate with testing manager to support testing efforts of all approved gaps during system testing and UAT Serve as the on-site point of contact to support customer during UAT Track functional team deliverables and activities and provide weekly status reports and metrics Identify and support mitigation planning for project risks Identify and support issue resolution Prepare and provide training content to end users Participate, as needed, in change management meetings and present functional changes on behalf of CNSI Job Requirements: MANDATORY SKILLS: Bachelor’s Degree from four-year accredited college or university At least eight years of healthcare experience with Medicaid and claims management experience preferred At least three years experience as Lead Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert in Medicare or Medicaid or Health care industry Two to four years management experience directly managing a minimum team of four to eight team members Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships Strong attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills with desire to take on responsibility CLICK ON LINK BELOW TO BE DIRECTED TO OUR WEBSITE FOR YOUR APPLICATION PROCESS: http://jobs.exelare.com/jobsWidget/index.html#companyId=cbiz_cnsi&userId=Admin CNSI is focused on hiring and retaining the best and the brightest.
