JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:   • Responsible for delivery of all implementation and operations services within a Federal Government software and/or service project • Team CNSI's senior representative for the contract • Responsible for Team CNSI's business relationship • Accountable for Team CNSI’s activities related to contract deliverables, project management and subcontractors • Achieves and exceeds profitable growth, financial, and performance targets to improve client satisfaction, CNSI  market position and long-term growth opportunities • Leads, coordinates and manages the long-term, consultative, client relationship to become the client’s trusted advisor • Responsible for overall service excellence and developing and executing relationship related improvement plans • Uses industry expertise to understand the client’s agenda and identify ways to enhance the client’s business performance with CNSI services • Successfully creates, communicates and executes an ongoing account operational business plan that connects CNSI and client strategies • Drives productivity, quality and other CNSI corporate initiatives into the account operational business plans to maximize the overall health of the account and value to the client • Outlines the overall account workforce and labor strategy to meet client and business objectives • Identifies and prioritizes growth opportunities based on client needs and CNSI strengths, and incorporates into account operational business plan • Manages account P&L to meet or exceed corporate targets, with emphasis on the profit, revenue and growth • Anticipates, mitigates, and manages risk to CNSI and the client • Accountable for end-to-end service delivery and ensuring all contractual commitments are met • Accountable for account Service Excellence targets are achieved • Accountable for account service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved • Develops and communicates workforce / talent demand to run existing business and meet projected account growth • Manages client communications and expectations around issues and provides final resolution for issues not resolved by leveraged delivery • Provides leadership to all employees who, either directly or indirectly, provide services to the client • Motivates employees to achieve the account vision, goals and culture needed to meet client and CNSI expectations • Works with leveraged organizations on personnel changes ensuring any staffing changes maximize the overall health of the account and the client relationship     MANDATORY SKILLS:   • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification within one (1) year after contract award or other nationally recognized QA certification • A National Agency Check Investigation (NACI) • Eight (8) years as a Program Manager (or equivalent) or Deputy Program Manager (or equivalent) in system development executing all phases of the System Development Life Cycle including creating and managing project documents, including system process flows and system functional specification documents • Eight (8) years as a Program Manager (or equivalent) or Deputy Program Manager (or equivalent) in system development executing all phases of the System Development Life Cycle including creating and managing project documents, including system process flows and system functional specification documents: • Three (3) years of that experience in a leadership role involving development or operation and maintenance in a transaction processing environment for a large IT system related to medical bill processing or similar environment: • Eight (8) years as a Program Manager (or equivalent) or Deputy Program Manager (or equivalent) in planning, scheduling and monitoring the personnel and activities supporting overall system design, development, and implementation in a transaction processing environment for a large IT system related to medical bill processing or similar environment • Bachelor’s degree • Excellent leadership and management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Public speaking • Superb listening skills • Broad knowledge of service delivery and contract management • Energetic, results orientated leadership style • Can effectively achieve results in a highly collaborative, matrixed organization structure   CNSI is focused on hiring and retaining the best and the brightest.
