Parsons is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support our growing organizations in our Infrastructure (Road/Highway/Bridge/Aviation/Rail/Transit), Industrial and Construction Markets. This is an opportunity to recruit and hire for various teams across the country, and work with market leaders and subject matter experts in these fields! We like recruiters that have full life cycle recruitment experience in engineering and science, as well as construction! in this role, you will work with a consultative approach, with hiring managers all over the country, develop sourcing strategies, source and screen candidates, and process candidates through the interview, offer, hiring and on-boarding processes. We expect you to draw upon your recruiting expertise, and your knowledge of the technical recruitment markets to deliver top notch candidates, to our Hiring Managers. Requirements: 5+ years of demonstrated full life cycle technical recruiting experience is required. Prefer full life cycle recruitment as a "corporate/in-house" recruiter. Must have a "consultative" approach with hiring managers with the ability to provide alternative sourcing solutions, and move candidates to "yes" to close deals Must have experience recruiting Engineers, Scientists or similar technical positions. Experience hiring in the Construction and Transportation markets highly desired. Proficiency in e-recruiting and automated application tracking systems. Workday is a plus Strong sourcing background and skills with various recruiting media, particularly LinkedIn, and boolean searching. 4-year Degree in Business Administration or related field _ Ready for action?
