The Customer Success Manager supports clients' needs while focusing on driving adoption and use of the Workforce Edge platform. This individual is introduced to the client towards the end of the implementation process and primarily responsible for platform training, post-launch support, and supporting account management & advising through product expertise. They lead the post-implementation efforts in ensuring that client goals continue to be met. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for taking a critical view of practices and becoming a strong voice for customer experience and feedback to internal teams.
