Responsibilities Act as the AMC Directorates of Communications subject matter expert for mobile devices, apps, enterprise mobile management solutions, and use cases Stay up to date will emerging mobile trends and best practices Collaborate with other Major Commands, Air Force Network Integration Center and other DoD organizations addressing the Air Force enterprise mobile management and use case requirements Working and practical knowledge of mobile devices, smartphones, tablets (iOS, Android and Windows) to include basic troubleshooting Working and practical knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, iPad OS, Android and Windows), to include basic troubleshooting Experience supporting mobile devices in the DoD environment (iOS, iPad OS, Android and Windows) Working and practical knowledge of enterprise mobile management systems to include Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile App Management (MAM) and Mobile Content Management (MCM) Understanding of the on-boarding process of mobile devices Assist in the development and documentation of departmental procedures and processes Create Standard Operating Procedures to document a new or changing process Qualifications Secret Clearance required. Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Experience with or an understanding of the BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management system to include BlackBerry Dynamic apps (BUEM Client, BlackBerry Work, BlackBerry Access, SmartOffice, BlackBerry Work app, BlackBerry Workspaces) Experience or understanding the user mobile self-service portals and mobile elevated-rights portals Working and practical knowledge of the Air Forces Standard Desktop Configuration for Windows devices Understanding of wireless and cellular network Understanding mobile use cases (Bring Your Own Approved Device (BOYAD), Corporately Owned; Mission Only (COPE) and Corporately Owned; Personally Enabled (COPE) Familiarization of the USAF's Electronic Flight Bag Program Be familiar with Air Force and DoD publications Be familiar with the National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP), DoD Security Requirements Guides (SRGs), Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and USCYBERCOM's Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM), Bulletins (IAVBs) and Alerts (IAVAs) as they relate to mobile devices and mobile operating system Familiarization of the Air Forces mobile application submission and vetting process Understanding of native mobile, containerized, and managed apps Company Information Headquartered in Tysons Corner, Virginia and founded in 2009, OBXtek is a fast-growing leader in the government contracting field.
