PURPOSE: Be responsible for the sale of Harris Rebar products through direct selling as well as through training, motivating, coaching and managing sales and estimating personnel. BASIC FUNCTIONS Must adhere to Harris Rebars safety programs and standards. Demonstrate conduct consistent with Harris Rebars vision and values. Assist in establishing sales goals and price parameters for Harris Rebar products in the region. Manage local estimating, pricing and quoting of products. The position will require this all day every day.  Maintain tools and equipment. Determine project requirements, such as scope, assembly sequences, or required methods or materials, using blueprints, drawings, or written or verbal instructions. Layout, measure, and mark dimensions and reference lines on material. Fasten seams or joints together with welds, bolts, cement, rivets, solder, caulks, metal drive clips, or bonds to assemble components into products.
