S/he will lead firm's Mar-Tech's digital approach to solving business and customer needs, by integrating, on-boarding and optimizing various digital platforms and strategies. S/he will set the shared vision and strategies for Mar-Tech platforms. S/he will ensure that a data-driven culture is integrated within the Mar-Tech strategy and operations. S/he will create a vision, strategy and roadmap to build the marketing technology function, gathering input and business needs from stakeholders across the organization. On a day-to-day basis, s/he will collaborate with leaders from, marketing, sales, products, service, BI and IT teams to help best execute all marketing and firms' digital initiatives. S/he will help firm take advantage of the most important digital trends and tools to integrate Mar-Tech with sales, service and operations in a way that leads to a measurable business result. S/he will help develop marketing capabilities, strategies and operating models for brand management, and executing all multi-channel marketing and sales campaigns. Responsibilities: Assess and build foundational architecture by collaborating, sourcing, leading, and presenting forward-thinking, high-impact digital projects from Mar-Tech focused on key strategic initiatives for firm's global brand and its various customers globally. Set up the foundational mat-tech platform architecture with data and operational framework which would help achieve firm's business objectives. Act as a bridge between digital and analog mediums, delivering personal and contextual experiences powered by technology and data, driving the total experience by engaging the customers, partners, products, sales and all marketing leaders. Help firm drive growth by converting traditional businesses to digital ones and oversee operations in the rapidly changing digital sectors by leading development, integrations, sourcing and onboarding various technologies & programs, including analytics , Personalization, Customer Data Platforms, DMP, Ad Technology, Testing and Optimization, Chat, Email and Website with e-Commerce, partnering with marketing and data teams. Drive integration and adoption of digital technologies across all business units with various trainings and support structure, building an overall operating model. Responsible for all digital platforms supporting consumer experiences across the entire enterprise and all its operations partnering with various business leaders. Assist business units with technology expertise to lead efforts to best execute and integrate brand Marketing, eCommerce, Direct to Consumers, Media, PR and various teams and partner with Product/ Marketing/Sales/BI and development teams to ensure consistent and flawless execution. Establish a deep understanding of digital and embody the leadership characteristics that foster a culture of innovation across the company. Lead teams in an exciting and engaging environment, to best expand on skills, test creative boundaries, and work closely with leaders across the company to share new ideas and deliver on their projects. Collaborate with the Business Unit's Marketing teams on web/digital projects from initial scoping through delivery and maintenance. Work seamlessly across all departments and stakeholders to translate business strategies and needs into web/digital solutions using Mar-Tech and other technologies. Stay up to date with web and other digital best practices and provide strategic recommendations on achieving best-in-class digital experiences for the company's websites, email campaigns and social media efforts and media-buy efforts. Lead firm's marketing infrastructure efforts to optimize spend and efficiency of all marketing efforts through a foundation for quantitative and qualitative analysis. Connect digital investments to enterprise KPIs to achieve positive digital transformation. Serve as a primary leader for Technology and Marketing management team as a strategic thinker and problem solver for all digital initiatives. Works with the Management team to define the shape firm's e-commerce and digital strategy. Provide a vision to business and technology leaders to understand strategy, articulate solution options, evaluate trade-offs and influence key decisions. Demonstrate extensive project management skills including prioritization, execution and deliver projects on time and on budget; and, demonstrating capacity to roll out and automate complex data driven marketing campaigns across all digital properties. Build in-depth knowledge of the business success drivers, industry trends and a competitive marketplace to develop and deliver value added business solutions using Mar-Tech. Amplify customer experience by teeing Mar-Tech with sales, service, and all enterprise technologies. Bring a focus to a data driven marketing outcomes by integrating the Martech efforts into our Data Analytics and Insights activities Evaluate, select, implement and own the 24*7 operations of the Martech stack Communicate with colleagues and business partners at all levels to clearly articulate the capabilities and strategies that may transform the operating models with training. Constantly hold the picture of Firm's cultural transformation from a product-centric to a customer-centric orientation with data/analytics emphasis, especially by improving the data and analytics environment overall while being pragmatic and agile and in synch with the needs of the business. Initiate and manage strategic external partnerships to supplement marketing capabilities, as desired. Manage and have a view of current and potential resource requirements, capabilities and resource structure to align with project, managing costs. Help firm with supplementing data from Mar-Tech with sales and analytics requirements to support analysis and modeling needs from advertising/marketing and purchasing trends. Present an architecture and define our build/buy strategy for Mar-Tech efforts. Manage existing Mar-Tech vendor relationships, contracts, and influence platorm's roadmap. Qualifications: Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or equivalent, plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in marketing technology, market research, customer retention, or consulting. Superior communication and persuasion skills; talent for storytelling, visualization and creating insights from data to deliver practical recommendations for business action. Proven relationship building and collaboration skills; ability to influence and drive outcomes in large, matrixed and complex organizations. Experience building and managing teams of product owners, developers, consultants and partners and various vendors. Experience managing projects, team leads, budgets and schedules to successful completion. Prior experience with leading/building digital transformation, customer lifecycle management Mar-Tech infrastructure buildout is highly desirable. At least 5-10 years of experience in CRM is required. Entrepreneurial spirit, persistence, and resilience; comfort with and ability to thrive on and drive change while navigating ambiguity. Experience with agile methodologies Experience in Education services industry experience a plus.
