The Wealth & Investment Management (WIMT) Application Delivery Services team is seeking a Business Systems Consultant for the WIMT Contact Center Strategy and Services team to work as a liaison between the contact center line of business and the technology organization. The candidate will coordinate and support the delivery of technology products and services, including minor systems configurations, requirements analyis, implementation coordination, and troubleshooting when required. Key responsibilities for this individual will include: Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. May develop systems test plan components and test scripts. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff. The successful candidate will have the ability to meet tight deadlines and work non-standard business hours when necessary. Candidate should also possess the ability to translate technical details and issues into business terminology and communicate with stakeholders at various levels. Occasional travel may be required along with non-standard business hours for incident support and deployment activities.
