For more information, please visit Purpose of Position- The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the Electronic Payment (credit and gift card processing) Program for the Company and for Dunkin’ Donuts’ and Baskin-Robbins’ franchisees. Specifically, this individual is responsible for the overall financial management of the Electronic Payment Program and for maintaining best practices across various treasury platforms through franchisee education/support, through ongoing relationship management with banks, electronic payment processors, and financial service providers and by serving as the subject matter expert on various cross functional teams as it relates to the Company’s credit and gift card processing programs. This position provides direct oversight and management responsibilities for three senior level analysts. What You’ll Be Working On- Lead the management of the overall credit and gift card payment process across both in store and digital/mobile platforms for the franchisee community and the Company Provide complex financial analyses and recommendations to members of Senior Leadership Team Manage complex budget, perform variance analysis and own accountability to leadership and franchisees Cultivate and support external relationships with processors and network brands Negotiate contractual terms with global strategic partners that support the Company’s payments products Manage and oversee escheatment/breakage program, pricing/interchange analytics, industry comparisons, RFP processes Ensure compliance with payment card regulations Oversee the resolution of complex processing issues Serve as a payments subject matter expert and provide oversight, strategy, planning, communication and implementation guidance for payment related projects Provide strategic support to the overall growth of the electronic payment processing program Participate in industry discussions to broaden professional knowledge and stay current on payment trends Promote quality improvement and innovation, including identifying improvement to processes and procedures that support the payments program Other duties as assigned What You’ll Need- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred 2 years managerial and/or supervisory experience 7-10 years progressive experience in the electronics payment processing industry Hands on experience with ERP Systems (Oracle, preferred) and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
